About Us

Voices Forward Collective is a purpose-driven practice founded by Carmelle Beliard, a licensed clinical social worker and first-generation Haitian immigrant.

VFC's mission is to amplify marginalized voices while creating space for healing, growth, and leadership.

We offer therapy, consulting, and community-focused services that honor culture, identity, and lived experience. Whether supporting individuals or collaborating with organizations, we lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to meaningful change.

Here, your voice is valued, your story is seen, and your potential is limitless. Together, we move voices forward with purpose and heart.
